About This Blog

The design of this blog is to be informative about the various ways to perform pushups and continue to challenge your fitness.  I've always been interested in creating body-weight exercise programs, and plan to incorporate other body-weight exercises besides pushups over time.

Another reason for this blog was to serve as a continual reminder for myself to workout and do pushups everyday.  That is also why the blog is titled "Pushup Daily."  I invite you to challenge yourself as well to see how many pushups you can do everyday and feel free to leave a comment letting me know how many you were able to achieve!

In the future this blog will also include exercises that you can do at home for athletes and non-athletes alike.  Such topics in the future will include exercises to increase vertical jump, quickness, and fat-loss, as well as others. So stay tuned...there is much more to come!
