How to Increase Your Vertical Leap
Many athletes (especially basketball players) desire to increase their vertical leap, but arent exactly sure how to do so. There are many exercises and gadgets out on the web that will promise you vertical jump increase, but they usually come at a price or dont tell the whole story. Jump exercises are just as important as your weight training (the whole body...not just your legs) when trying to gain inches in your vertical leap. When there is balance between those two training methods you will be able to see lasting results. Remember your body works together as a whole, so train it like-wise.
